Sultan al-Bohra was accompanied by his sons—Jafar El-Sadiq Imadduddin, Taha Najmuddin, and Husain Burhanuddin—as well as his representative in Cairo, Mufaddal Mohamed Hassan.

The president praised the Bohra community’s role in restoring masjids and shrines associated with Ahl al-Bayt, as well as other historic sites in Cairo, and said Egypt would continue supporting such efforts.

The Sultan said the community plans to expand its restoration work and increase the number of Bohra visitors to Egypt, particularly for religious and cultural tourism.

The Bohra community has been involved in the rehabilitation of several historic masjids in recent years, part of a broader effort to preserve Islamic heritage sites in the country.
